Sliced bread with stone mill wholemeal dicoccum DILOFOS wheat flour and sourdough. Pasteurised.
Ingredients: Stone mill wholemeal dicoccum DILOFOS wheat flour 44%, water, natural sourdough 9,3% (dicoccum DILOFOS wheat flour 50%, water, yeast), yeast, concentrated grape juice, vegetable oil: rapeseed oil, salt, vinegar, honey, spice mix (rye bran, caraway, coriander, anis), topping: dicoccum DILOFOS wheat flakes.
